The cost of permits, building and zoning, are up to the Township Zoning Officer. To begin, a $50.00 residential permit application fee is due when submitting the application to the Office ($500.00 for commercial). Once the application, relevant drawings/documents and payment is received by the Township Office, the paperwork is sent to the Zoning Officer for review. After the review process, all permit fees will be included in the final invoice. The $50.00 is deducted from the total permit fee, and all inspection fees that are required are included in the final permit fee. 

All permit fees, from the application fee to final permit fee are to be paid in either cash or a check made out to Longswamp Township and submitted to the Township Office.
